For a good part of your active day, Italian will become your main language, and this -thanks to our method- happens in an absolutely "painless" manner. The Intensive course consists of extra practice in the four language skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing with emphasis on practical communication activities. This course is the ideal combination of study and free time. Grammar is introduced and practiced communicatively. This means that grammar is covered as much as possible by using practical situations. There is an emphasis on every day Italian, vocabulary development and pronunciation. The secret of the course's success is the blending of the students' attention to the spoken language with a curiosity for their host country. In case you have a longer period of time at your disposal, learning Italian with our long term program will proceed hand in hand with an increasing familiarity with daily life and customs, the food and climate, the sounds and smells of a country which each day becomes less foreign.

You can't call it a " crash course ", but if you want to enjoy and explore Florence, its surroundings and its culture at its most and you can only spend 2 hours of your time to work on your Italian this is the right choice of program for you. This program allows you to study and work in Italy in order to deeper your knowledge face to face with a real Italian environment. You attend the language school for a minimum of four weeks (6 hours of lessons a day), after this you will be involved in an unpaid internship in a selected Italian company for two or more months.
