ACCOMMODATION FLORENCE

We offer 2 categories: private lodging and apartments.
A choice of accommodation which is most satisfactory and suited to your needs is an essential part of your stay in Florence. For this reason we have carefully selected accommodations and families. One of our staff members is personally in charge of the choice and regularly performs on-site quality controls of the accommodation we are offering.
You’ll be reassured to know that with most of the apartment owners and families we have been working for many years now and they know by experience what the role of a host is. Anyway it is obvious that you will have to adjust a bit to the rules of Italian life and lifestyle. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you need further information about the accommodation you want us to reserve.
The shared areas in the apartments or your room will be cleaned by your arrival. In the meantime you and the other residents are expected to keep your apartment clean. Sheets are provided.

PRIVATE LODGING

- with use of kitchen
sharing the apartment in double or single rooms with the owner, couples, Italian or foreign students. Self-catering. Bathroom and kitchen facilities in common use.

 - in a family with breakfast or halfboard
Accommodation in a double room or single room with breakfast or half-board (breakfast and dinner). No further cooking facilities.
Accommodation  in a double room is only available for 2 people enrolling for the same booking dates.
You may stay in a big family with children, grandparents and pets, but you may even only stay with one single parent, student or a couple with grown-up children.


APARTMENTS
 
- Standard Apartments
Double or single rooms shared among our students. The apartments are fully furnished and centrally located. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared with the other residents.

- Comfort Apartments
The same as Standard Apartments, but more comfortable and more appropriate for mature students.

- Studio
Studios and independent apartments for one or two people.
Also available: Double or single rooms in nice and comfortable residences, bed&breakfast or hotels. All rooms with private bathroom



N.B. Arrival: on Sunday before the course begins.
Departure: on Saturday after the end of the course before 10 a.m.
